Yes, we do ship insured products to all locations in Japan via Sagawa Express & Internationally via our shipping partner.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?
Please allow us up to 4-5 weeks for the delivery of your order. If you require delivery on an expedited timeline, please contact customer support directly to see what can be arranged. Please note that there may be delays in delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of the company. In such an event, the delays will be communicated via the phone number or email provided by you at time of order confirmation.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE A DESIGN JUST FOR ME?

We provide personalised services where you can collaborate with our designer to create the perfect piece that has a little bit of you and a little bit of us. HOW DO I KNOW MY PRODUCT IS GENUINE?

Every Tasch piece comes with an official company certification from Tasch.

You can pay via debit card, credit card, Google Pay and PayPal. Please reach out if an alternate payment option is desired.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received and your order has been shipped. Please note that all products will be delivered within 4-5 weeks of order placement. If you require interim update, please contact our customer service team.
